Ardhaa's return policy gives you an option to replace items purchased on Ardhaa only if they were damaged/defective (fabric thread loose ends are considered as damage/defect).
Package opening video that captures damage/defect is mandatory inorder to accept replacement.
You must send back your return packages within 9 days from the delivery date.
Replacement request made after 9 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
You can use any shipping method you wish.
1. Sign into your ARDHAA account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, click the "Replace Item" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to replace, upload the parcel opening video with damage/defect footage
4. One of our associates will reach out to you with instructions.
5. Upload courier shipping receipt under ’Return Shipping Receipt’ section on the item that was returned.
6. Once item received by seller, product meets the replacement policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us, replacement product will be shipped and will share tracking details.
There will be 5% to 10 % color variation when compared pictures from website and original product. Website images were captured using light effects and filters to make them look brighter. These products cannot be qualified as a returnable items.
If product doesn't fit as expected, it cannot be qualified as a returnable item.
Once order is placed and payment is made. No cancellation.
